Thank you for choosing The PAW Spa the safety and well-being of your pet is of extreme importance to us.

If at anytime during the groom we feel your pet can not be safely groomed due to health reasons we will call you for immediate pickup. You may be subject to a charge for the time invested in your pet. Any dog behaving in a manner that is dangerous to itself or our staff will be immediately sent home, fees may apply. 

If your pet is found with fleas they are subject to a charge, as we will also need to treat the salon. 

You may incur additional fees for matting, packed undercoat, and difficult behavior requiring two groomers to ensure safety. We take matting very seriously as it can be painful, and cuts off circulation to the skin. If matting is found we will need to remove it in the most comfortable way possible. Brushing is not always an option in order to not cause pain. If the coat is matted solid a $25 minimum charge will be applied, due to the extra time and skill it will take. The PAW Spa nor it's staff are responsible for possible damage to a double coated breed's coat, if the owner requests length off the body. Ex: Golden Retriever, Pomeranian, Lab, Husky, Australian Shepherd) 

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may need to reschedule, and a no show fee of $40 will be applied to your account. Your pet will need picked up in a reasonable amount of time once they are finished, we do not have the means to provide a daycare service. Your groomer may inform you that your pet needs picked up immediately after completion if they suffer from severe kennel/separation anxiety.

We have a strict No-Show/Cancellation Policy. All appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours prior to when we are expecting them. If you have an additional offense you will be subject to prepayment in full before rebooking your appointment. Multiple offenses will result in termination. 

There is a zero-tolerance policy for the following behavior when engaging with our staff: Verbal abuse, malicious or threatening statements, profanity or disrespect directed at staff or other clients. Public disclosure of another client or staff, including address, phone number, place of employment, etc. and any form or harassment is forbidden.

Non-Compliance will result in temporary or permanent discontinuation of services
